My Personal Training is flexible: I coach you at my home studio, outdoors, or at the gym – depending on your goals and lifestyle. I combine my expertise in strength training, endurance, dance-inspired fitness, and nutrition to create versatile and motivating sessions. Whether we’re training with bodyweight at home, lifting weights at the gym, or moving outside in fresh air, every workout brings you closer to a stronger, more mobile, and more energized body.
Massage Therapy completes the circle. At my home studio you can recover from training, reduce muscle tension, and release everyday stress. It helps your body bounce back faster, so you can train harder, move better, and simply feel lighter.
In my approach, training and recovery always go hand in hand: in workouts we build strength and resilience, and in massage I help you restore balance and well-being. This complete system supports your goals – whether that’s muscle growth, endurance, weight management, or simply feeling better in your daily life.

Each session lasts 30–60 minutes and can take place at the gym, outdoors, in your home, or online.
In every session, we thoroughly review your fitness level, nutrition, training plan, and goals. We focus on technique, strength, mobility, and safe progression — with hands-on coaching in person or precise guidance online.

A 45-minute sports massage is an effective half-body treatment focused on either the upper or lower body. The session helps release muscle tension, improve mobility, and support recovery — without requiring a full-body treatment.
If you wish, I can also include a short mobility or activation segment at the end.
Longer Sessions Available
A 90-minute full-body session is also available. This must be booked as a double session at the time of reservation.
