TUESDAY 5.8 DANCE FITNESS

  The Dance Fitness class is a fun, energetic, and sweaty dance session where you can enjoy yourself and let loose! You don’t need to be a pro—just bring a cheerful spirit and a sparkle in your eye. The class moves at your own pace and according to your fitness level, so you can let the rhythm take over and have fun in your own way. Come join us, move to the beat, and let the magic of dance lift your mood!

TUESDAY 12.8 DANCE STEP

   Dance Step class is an energetic and fun adventure where you can burn calories and strengthen your legs through dance and step patterns! You'll need a step platform, which makes the workout more effective and challenging. During the class, you'll enjoy rhythmic movement and exercise that will challenge your body and give you more strength and endurance. Come join us, take care of your legs, and have fun dancing to the beat!

TUESDAY 19.8 DANCE TONING

 Dance Toning is an energetic and fun workout that combines dance movements with strength training, focusing especially on the upper body! During the class, you'll use light dumbbells, ranging from about 1 to 2 kg, to enhance the effectiveness of your workout. While the main focus is on the upper body, your legs will also be engaged during the exercises, giving you a full-body workout. Come join us, enjoy the rhythmic movement, strengthen your muscles, and have fun dancing to the beat!

TUESDAY 26.8 DANCE TONING-STEP

  Dance Toning Step is an energetic and fun workout that combines a step platform with light dumbbells! During this class, you'll get an effective full-body workout, focusing especially on the upper body and legs. The step platform adds challenge and variety to the movements, while the light dumbbells, around 1–2 kg, help strengthen your muscles more effectively. Come join us to enjoy rhythmic dancing, strengthen your body, and have fun moving to the beat!

SEPTEMBER SERIER

TUESDAY 2.9 FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

 This session includes full-body functional exercises utilizing equipment such as a barbell, and dumbbells. After a warm-up, the focus is on training balance, strength, and mobility in a versatile manner. The workout combines bodyweight movements with exercises using the equipment to improve endurance and muscular strength. The session ends with stretching and recovery. The class is suitable for all levels and can be adapted to participants’ needs.
